Pita Godinet has connections with a lot of Bradford Kiwis - Lesley Vainikolo, Shontayne Hape, Robbie and Henry Paul. All of them except Volcano played for Te Atatu Roosters here in NZ and put in a good word about Bradford but nothing is finalised yet so Bradford are keeping it quiet. The T&A didn't quote Bradford, they just made an assumption because Bradford are keeping tight lipped about it.

I've heard Leeds are sniffing round Adam O Brien and the Bulls have told them how much they want.

I have no idea what that amount is or if Leeds are willing to pay it

Leeds need a hooker and Adam would be perfect for them. I hope he gives us one more year at least but if he went who'd blame him?

Didnt leeds just sign a hooker from NRL? Beau Falloon IIRC. Would be pretty disapointed in club if they sell O'brien after making a big deal of him staying to sell season tickets.

If that is the case then you really are naive and have no idea how things work.

Every player in every team in every sport is available for the right price so anything can happen. It may well be the case that AOB was indeed staying at Bradford when the ST announcement was made then Leeds came in afterwards with a decent bid that will certainly, at the very least, be of interest to the player.

Given that we are skint then we can hardly play ball, plus, we are currently a former big club in decline playing in a two-bob league whereas Leeds are domestic treble winners, looking forward to the World Club series.

Not exactly a difficult one that then is it?

Yeah. On one NRL forum I use the "Worst Player in his Position" award is named after him.
