Why mention it - do you think it's directly influenced the relegation battle at hand? Personally I don't.

You mentioned fighting with one hand tied behind your back and I just think it a bit odd (but not surprising) that you think the one club that this applies to out of the two is Wakefield when the "disadvantage" you speak of was something that someone allegidly said that never even happened because you thankfully never went into the rotten administration. Where as ours is very measurable and there for all to see.

I think if you asked the neutral fan in the street (regardless of what they the thought of the politics of the situation) which one of the two clubs was fighting with one hand tied behind their back given the evidence, I don't think many would pick Wakefield. I'm not saying Wakefield have had any favours either mind.

I don't expect you to agree, but I think it's a bit rich saying it.

TBH, most of them have a bloody cheek. They think they can say what they like on our board but if we do the same they get all precious and report you to the mods so you cop a ban.

However, in fairness, God only created Wakefield fans in order to make the rest of us look intelligent.

You didn't have it so didn't miss it. It meant you couldn't enter into more expensive new contracts, which had no direct effect financially and no risk of relegation.

We, on the other hand, did have expensive contracts in place [backroom as well as playing] so it affected us very badly financially [see consequential dip into insolvency] and we are also likely to go down.
