I'd be confident of beating Sheffield without Nielsen to be honest but it would be an ideal game to ease him in, maybe from the bench.

On Tyrone Roberts - I think he'd be more than capable at SL level, and would be far too good for the Championship. He would be an ideal solution to our half-back problem.

I mentioned this a couple of pages back... Was doing the rounds on social media last week suggesting we were closing in on a 2 year deal.

Don't watch the NRL games so can't comment on what he is like as a player.

Anyone else getting a bit worried at all these hookers switching clubs?
Someone, somewhere is going to be left without one and won't have a SL club to poach one from. And that's when they start looking at the lower leagues, and spot one of the best young, british hookers around at the minute... hmm

Has there been that many moved? All the top clubs have established hookers. Out of the teams that have come down, KR and Widnes have settled hookers. I'd say only Salford require a hooker and they have the finances to afford a transfer fee. But with all the off field issues Salford are having, i'd be fairly confident O'Brien wouldn't sign for them.

Salford need one, Henderson has gone so Catalans need one, Aiton is leaving Leeds so they need one too. Rumours on the FC board that Houghton is off (possibly to Leeds) so they could also be on the lookout.

I think our position at the end of the Super 8's could dictate whether or not AOB will be a Bull next season. In my opinion the club should be pulling out all the stops to keep Adam at Odsal. We don't want to see ANOTHER talented young player walk away.

If we get promoted I think O'Brien will stay. If we stay in the Championship I wouldn't be surprised if he was signed up by a SL club. He's a very talented young player and I think he's really improved this season.
