It would be nothing more than a slap in the face of Whitehead & Olbison if we signed this guy. Which is why I'd be amazed if we did.

wouldnt be at all surprised if RFL are forced to grant exemptions to any british passport holders who've grown up in australia and thus fall foul of non-fed trained quota on some sort of restraint of trade issue. Dont thinks anyones actually challenged rule yet though have they?

Not a rumour, but say for arguements sake a good aussie or any other half back was not available next year, would you have sean long ( about to be off contract) at odsal next season.

There has been a void since his brother Steve gave up the Fonz jacket. Sean could fill that hole.
