Halley didn't impress me today. But then noone really did.

Apart from the Worrlord of course.

I can accept failure, but I can't accept not trying.

Is that the same Dave Halley who made the huge boob for Celtic's first try and was continually poorly positioned in the second half.

Referee was shocking.

And so were we.

I didn't think Terry had the best of games today, some of the ball coming out of acting half was too slow, loopy and behind the first receiver slowing down an already slow player. And the penalty he gave away at the end was criminal - wasted time and gave them field position for the last try. Now I like Terry as a player but today was not good for him.

Losing Taduala was a blow as they switched Menzies to cover and as he showed when he scored he's a lot more effective on the right plus Taduala's work rate was missed

I'm not sure what's going on with Langley - he seems to slow everything down. And for a defensive orientated player he seems to miss a lot of tackles or maybe its just they are more noticeable misses?

If Nero comes back we can go back to Jeffries with Sykes/menzies and get back to winning ways soon. Had more fun watching the bull tag - who on here was playing again?
Could add more but got fed up with typing anyway at least there's some good telly on tonight

Trying to look at it from another angle, what did people make of Celtic's performance today? I thought they had the look of a strong mid-table side, not too much class but some big lads and very industrious. They didn't look like obviously the bottom club?

They didn't make many mistakes.
Keep hold of the ball and you have got more chance of scoring apparently.
Maybe we should try it...

The half backs were AWOL all game.
Our kicking in general play was abysmal.
Kick offs were too easy for Celtic to handle and had no variety.
Too many player made hundreds of yards sideways and very little ground forwards.
Too many forwards took the ball from a standing start.
Er ........... that's it.

Oh, I did wonder that why should I bother going to the match if the people that get paid to go can't show more enthusiasm. Methinks there is some serious problem off field. Anyone know what it is. PM me if it can't be posted.
