Yes it makes sense, and agree with the general simaralities.
A guy of 6ft and 17 stone could make the transition easier depending on his attitude.
Rudd has long term pedigree, not a has been or never was. Not a wilting violet and been in some top games and had pressure v top opposition.
Current regular player at a RU Premiership Club, and whatever the introverted diehards think, this is a high standard
Dont know what he's like under a high ball but he won't get bounced out of the way.
Big and strong enough to do work in the mid field
Not yet talking him up but hey, his history tells us he might have something to offer better that our current wingers... which in honesty wont take a lot of beating.
Just like him to get the odd pass fron his centres. Lack of which, as expected, might cheese him off.
