Just as a general point we should aim to have at least two players capable of playing each position to a good standard to ensure theres always competition for places. We've suffered in this regard in the last few years in particular with certain incumbents guaranteed of a place because we have no other option.

Same and Yep I agree. I can't agree about Sheriffe though, I think he's nothing more than an average wingman. Semi Tadulala is the best winger in the league in my books, on par with Ryan Hall, who is tremendous also.
