Good luck to him. He will only get the club if his offer to the creditors is better than the current incumbents, which can only be beneficial in reducing the chances of a points deduction.
Whilst I'm sympathetic to anyone attempting to pull our club from the catastrophic meltdown of 2012, but "monies recently advanced to the club by the RFL" suggest we're not a lot further forward (unless you count 1 year of reduced funding instead of 2). It also takes the club out of the dispute between Khan, Moore, Calvert, Whitcut, Watt etc.
Cautious, but could definitely be good news.
