Do we need Kear though we have plenty of cover for positions, not sure we need an extra person, I like kear but he isnt any better than what we have imo.

I'd take Oscar Thomas and maybe William Barthau but he's been out nearly all season. Hopefully it isn't an unnecessary overseas pudding like Ray Nasso.
