No he doesn't, expensive is not the same as nice. The area where Ryan Whitcut lives was found by independent research to offer the best quality of life of anywhere in England. That research focussed on family life and was based on a number of factors including quality of schools, price and quality of housing availability of local services etc.
There are many areas of Yorkshire and indeed across the Pennines that far exceed anywhere in the South East where small houses with tiny gardens cost ridiculous sums and the proximity of so much culture is misleading as it is not readily accessible due to the difficulty of travelling relatively short distances.
