I was thinking along similar lines. Moore, Calvert and Watt have said the same things as Lamb and seem to be similarly well off financially. None of them are prospective Davy/Koukash/Moran types. On the plus side he’s already passed his fit and proper person’s test according to today’s T&A so that means he’s better than Whitcu*t. He also writes a better press release than the current directors.
Whatever, I hope this is resolved soon as I’m fast losing interested and like Keith Boaza will just be going to the games until this charade is over.
This is the real problem/challenge for whoever ends up owning the club for the remainder of the season, the goodwill and patience of fans has been all but exhausted. So even the die hard fans are just utterly fed up with the circus, everyday its just more uncertainty and potential bad news, so what would entice the casual fan/potential fan to turn up? With a few early loses I can see attendances falling off a cliff, worseing the financial situation. I suspect season ticket sales will be very low anyway comparatively speaking because of another car crash of an off season.
We really need some stabilty, some good news and good performances on the pitch, especially as we'll be relying on pay on the day punters more this year. I live more in hope than expectation.
