You need to put it on the internet first.
Do you have a facebook page you can load it onto?
If not then sign up to photobucket or something (google it)
Once your picture is on the internet you can link to it just like any other lind of link except using IMG instead of URL

When you are typing a post, the area above the box you type in has 9 boxes above it, one of those is the "Img" box. Hover over that and it tells you (kind of) what to do!!
