I did see a team which was clueless but fortunatly for them they had ref who tried to keep them in it however!

We're already going backwards at a fair rate as you know, the coach has had 3 years to get some gradual improvement. Whatever's been happening behind the scenes the first team (his main responsibility) has got worse with every season. What's to lose? If we don't get rid now and wait until next year after most likely further decline we'll be in an even weaker position to attract a new coach and new players.
