But the RFL are also decision makers as well the administrator and have a big say so in who buys the club as need to be allowed membership, Otherwise they are buying a club with no membership to the rfl which is useless.

The RFL should agree to sell the lease back for what they paid, not a penny less.

They should either kick us out of SL now if they're not happy with ABC's proposals or allow the license to continue until the next licensing round.

I disagree think even if you are liquidated then brand newco will still run a superleague team. Probably minus quite a few players and probably a stack of points but better off that than championship.

The bulls should bot ne allowed to stay in SL period ! But the RFL will make sure you do.

If the club is liquidated, could a Newco could be formed, players and coaches signed, essential admin staff appointed, insurance obtained, a ground lease signed etc before the Bulls next fixture? The RFL seem fairly desparate for a Bulls team to see out the season, even if they're not much better than a pub team. But if there's a delay whilst Newco is formed and the Bulls cannot fulfill its next couple of fixtures, what then?

It might happen if it were pre-planned but not if a Newco has to be formed from scratch.

Whilst certain people may deserve a long spell in prison I don't see what we, the fans, have done to deserve being kicked out of the comp. We turn up in numbers home and away, we've raised 500k in 10 days to pay debts we didn't know about, Bullbuilder are helping with the youth teams and those laid off. I don't agree that because a small group of people have made an unprecedented disaster of a great club that the fans should be held responsible. Furthermore, we didn't tell RFL to give Peter Hood £1.5 million. That was there own completely unfathomable decison.

Everyone else is more concerned about what happens next but you've spent last couple of days trying to assign the blame. Notvthe time or place for the inquiry. Especially from someone who was adamant admin was our best option.

I don't think you speak for 'everyone' Mat and I've long stated that admin was the only option and am now certain we should have entered it long before we complicated the situation by borrowing/losing even more money and losing the lease.

And when our every existence appears to hang over conditions regarding the lease now is precisley the time somebody needs to ask the WTF the RFL are doing owning the lease in the first place.

If it hadn't gone from Great Horton Road a few years ago it could have been Mike's Carpets. It wouldn't have been ABC mind.
