I'm not sure how Halifax could even stake a claim to a super league place so soon after the RFL condemned their license application. Since then their crowds still aren't above the required SL criteria and they're not blowing the opposition away in the division.

I think you need to fold. There should be no compromise, no leniency no sympathy.
This club should be a leading light in the comp given its recent success, however it's turned somewhat farcical if tragic.

If and I highlight the word IF ,there is the the desire to reform and start from new then the club will find its feet again.

Sorry but it's best for ALL concerned if the Bulls fall on their very sharpened sword.

I have sent many emails to the RFL raising many valid reasons as to why they he RFL should not set a stupid precedence in this case and that the examples set to all the other teams would be terrible and simply wrong!

Why? It is exactly the same situation that Andrew Glover faced when buying Wakefield. The RFL flatly refused to give any assurances on licences. He took a big risk in buying us and prepared for lower League football. It is a gamble which paid off.

The lack of assurance is also what scared Parkin off from buying Wakefield.

I suppose it is the same with promotion and relegation. If you buy a team mid-season, you can't ensure they'll keep their position in the league.

My bloody-minded attitude is that if there was proof that the RFL want us to finish the season then start off in a lower league next year, I'd want us to pull out NOW and deliberately fck up this years superleague.

Anyone want to put together the current table with Bulls fixtures now null and void? Make any difference to anyone?

OK, let's have it one more time. Then I'm going to start putting Wakefield fans on 'ignore'

Wakefield went into Administration prior to the 2011 season. At no time was there any suggestion that their EXISTING license would be revoked. What was asked by potential purchases was for as guarantee about their NEXT license i.e from 2012 onwards.

Moving to the Bulls. What is being asked is a guarantee about our EXISTING license i.e 2012-2014 seasons. Nothing is being asked or assumed about the NEXT license i.e from 2015 onwards.

Are we clear now?

At a guess anyone on the borderline of being in the top 8 like err Mr Redtillimdead's team

Said before funny how its the teams that benefit from us not being in SL that are so indignant about the possibility of them surviving.

Might be a while before I put any money in the KR coffers
