| Quote Ewwenorfolk="Ewwenorfolk"I was just thinking that about the table. Wigan have played two more than us, and are 1 point ahead. And if Cas, Wire, Hull and Wigan all lose next week and we win we would go into seventh. Big if I know, but I have faith
'"
As it stands today all we need to do is win or game in hand to be in a playoff spot, never mind what the others do yet. Its not an easy game in hand but at least its do-able and then we'd be there.
we have tough games coming up but so does everyone, saints probably wont be thinking it'll be easy at Odsal next week, we have a very good chance of the playoffs now.

| If we win both of our next two I will be confident of not only reaching the play-offs, but having a good run in them aswell. If we win one, I'll still be confident, but not as confident obviously. If we lose both, but perform well I'll still believe we can scrape the play-offs. If we lose both with lack-lustre performances I will be disheartened again.

| If Sykes is back next week it has to be him at SO with Jeffries at SH for me. Our kicking game needs to be more varied if we are going to beat Saints. Plus they will hammer at Sheriffes side if Sykes plays centre, with Menzies there I fell a lot safer.

| IMO we need to win one of the next two matches to maintain the push for the play offs.

fair comment - but don't think its an impossible task if we lose both. They are toughest two games left and every over game left is potentially winnable.

If we lose both games which hopefully won't happen then we will b in the position of needing 7 wins from 10 games. But the most important thing will be all the momentum will have been stopped dead again.

| I'm confident of winning both games. We've got nothing to fear, let's just do it. Lets all get behind them at every game till the end of the season.

I certainly will be. There were two drums there today, do either of the owners post on here? It really helps to get the chants started and getting behind the players can only help. We need to make as much noise as possible for the rest of the season, get behind the lads and help them force their way into the play-offs. We can beat Saints and Leeds, we've proved that. After what I've heard about Leeds' performance today, that's certainly winnable. And if we beat Saints first, we'll be on a roll to beat the Whinos.

| I didn't check the scores this week but Saints 50-10 Castleford. Did anybody go to or listen to the game? Were Saints good or Cas bad? If Saints have hit top form we may have to worry, but I still think we can do it.

Sounded like a blow out.
Saints are in good form like, but Cas haven't been great recently and massively missed shenton and westerman plus still have sherwin out.
Wouldn't look too much into it, but next week saints have to be favourites.

| We dont have to worry about Saints at all, we've beaten them once at their ground when they were in good form, so there is no reason why we cannot beat them at our home ground when we are starting to find some form.

This seems an odd statement, unless you have a crystal ball for the remaining fixtures?
The second point you make it more pertinent IMO
