1. Correct.
2. They didn't prop up the Bulls. The Bulls collapsed anyway. They merely prolonged the inevitable, made sorting the mess out more difficult and landed themselves with £1.5 liability to zero purpose.
3. because without investment in the facilities they can't turn a profit and they're not going to invest without tenure. Plus they're not going invest and pay rent.

Regarding point 2 I meant in regards to now. If they give the lease for next to nothing the perception from some would be RFL have in effect given you a bail out.
Personally think the deadline for this Friday could be extended again. I know it's getting frustrating but at the moment ABC and RFL seem to be poles appart and haven't the RFL said they have just received an offer. Not alot of time for negotiations. Worth extending the deadline if there is a realistic chance of the two parties being able to reach an agreement
