In another the administrator stating he is aware the players get paid on the last day of the month and he will have to see if that is possible as they did not have an up to date list of employees or the list of people on the salary roll as someone from the club was on holiday. Using the reality card how can anyone put in a bid and plans going forward if none of that is known. I also find it hard to believe that no one else at the club has access to this information. Surely the administrators have been around for long enough to have this info.
It is a little odd. I can understand asking the employees if wages can be paid a couple of days late, as if it's correct that a new owner could be in place on Thursday/Friday, you can see why paying them on Wednesday might be an issue and it would be easier on everything to hang on a day or two. But this stuff about not having access to a current employee list is very strange.
