I can accept failure, but I can't accept not trying.

Greens version was a very basic roof with supporting pillars like current mains stand meaning blocked sightlines in some spots. 8m version was for a cantilevered design that wouldnt have any pillars iirc

The Green version was for a fabric roof bit like a tent 10 year shelf at most.

That seems very expensive for some steel.

The land which Odsal is built on is rubbish for any major structure due to it been the old tip.

Caisley definitely in the mix and with a backer, Irvine is in the Koukash camp as prospective CEO for Mandy Koukash - as he's been pinging around lower league football clubs since he left Cronulla is he the Messiah - I'm not sure?

Controversially perhaps, I'd like to see CC come back and redeem himself of Harrisgate ;)

Landfill sites do take a lot of remediation and foundations are expensive as you end up with significant and complicated piling, but they're not impossible for light industrial use or even god forbid a shopping park!

The plan from one of the parties is to redevelop Odsal in its current location and use the land development as a means to that end.

So it's likely between Caisley and Koucash? Ugh, not sure how I feel about either of them tbh :(

Irvine was championing a supporters led group on twitter with our friend Rod Studd when all this first kicked off.

I wonder what might have changed his mind??£?
