Most successful dual reg are the ones with part time teams. It means the dual reg player trains with the part time team, but the rest of the week trains with his parent side. Like Baldwinson may train with Fev twice a week, but the rest of the week he's with Leeds. That way he's still there with his parent side and if needed, knows their systems. But he's also at every training session for the dual reg team.
A loan with us where the player is training with his parent team just means that he's not at all of our training sessions, which is where the difference lies.
