This is truly the game that has broken he camels back with the supporters. I have never seen the crowd leaving in such numbers so early.

Its the first game where I've heard sustained shouting in the stand for the coach to go.

Its the first game where I've heard the crowd laugh when they were about to announce the MOM

Its the first game - at least since we lost to Sheffield in 1998 at home, and in reality it was much worse - where I have seen utter despair on the faces of most people in the stand.

Its the first game where after a good hiding I have come home not even feeling angry any more, just numb to it all.

I'd love to be able to blame the officials, but well done to Ref and VR, they did a smashing job again. Pity the result didn't go our way this time.

I stayed.

I always do, and likely will.

I can accept failure, but I can't accept not trying.

Just the same for me. It's terrible to think losing has become so common it's not bothering me anymore.

Fair enough both ways. Lynch deserved it for the Bulls. Hicks deserved it overall. Imo the sponsors shouldn't have named a MoM, thats how bad we were.

I know. On several occasions when Halley screwed up me and Eddievan were saying to each other that had that been Platt you'd have heard the booing a mile away.

Got to agree with all of this Adey. I think "Numb" describes things perfectly. Even when we got tonked by Saints at home, I felt that it was just one of those nights and at least you could see that the team tried their damndest (sp?) to turn things around. I don't feel the same about this performance (if you can call it that!). Even Cookie Junior was saying to give him and his U'11 team a run out as they couldn't be worse. The trouble is at the moment I can't disagree with him.
