I would be pretty sure that IF we emerge from this quickly with a shiny new ownership, then it doesn't really matter who it is, even if Green, or Caisley, or whoever is involved, I reckon for the vast majority, once they see the club up and running again, then they'll pay. I will. On the basis that I wouldn't expect them to release Admin 4 - The Revenuant for at least 12 months so I reckon a season pass would be safe.
I can't imagine Marc Green getting the club back if, as we seem to be being led to believe, there are really three suitors who say they will pay off the debts. Nor can I imagine Marc is one of the three - what would be the logic in putting the club into a costly period of admin if he was in a position to pay off the debts?
I know many things happen which are beyond my understanding but even so...

Thing is, if Green holds the biggest debt owed by the club, surely all he has to do is say he'll cancel it and he becomes prefered bidder due to the amount of debt his bid gets rid of

If Green takes over again his only bill [so far as we know] is the taxman and the administration fees and he clearly doesn't have to re-imburse himself - that much I understand.
What I don't understand is, if Marc can find the readies to pay the tax bill, then why bring in the admin? The admin is simply costing a packet, so to do that if he had no need [indeed, unless he was desperate] makes little sense.
My assumption is that he doesn't have/isn't prepared to spend, that amount of money, which, since we're led to believe there are people who do, and are willing to pay it off, is why I don't think he'll be in the running. I guess we'll see!
No way would the RFL allow us not to pay our tax bill and only inflict a 6 point penalty. We should get 12 minimum if the above were to happen. I also think a lot of fans wouldn't sign up to the Bulls if Green is still involved.
For me, Caisley gets my vote.
But negative attitude that.
I think it's the best for everyone as the championship would keep its biggest draw and with them still in the running for a middle eight place then. That would improve the league for everyone in it.
I've just posted it on the fax board as fans of a fellow club in the championship. They would benefit also from this situation.

A major debt is his debenture/security. It's almost certain that at the point of administration, there was no money in the coffers of rather nowhere near enough to cover debts . IF and it's a big if, he has found new investors that will cover all or a big part of the debt he, it is possible he is one of the 3 parties. And I recall the administrator saying a combination of interested parties was an active consideration. There were 12 expressions of interest and it's possible that some of the 12 have been absorbed into the 3 bids. All speculation- let's hope it's all clear in the next few days.
The biggest draw in the Championship is now Hull KR, over 4,000 memberships already sold. The Bulls maximum was only 3,500 and at present they have only sold approx 700.
There is no way the club should avoid some type of recriminations for going into admin again, even though its not the fans fault by any stretch.
You have to take the good with the bad each season and even though the last few years haven't been great for Bulls fans at least you should still have a club to support when the dust settles.

Mmm 4,000 memberships, World Class Coach, Decent Owners, Great Sponsors... yeah you're probably right they can't possibly be as good as a mid table Championship side can they?

Brilliant
This is comedy gold. You've got the arrogant "we're a superleague club in the championship" fan of a newly relegated club down man! I've been doing it since we went down too. You can have a lot of fun with it.
Being serious though there isn't a cat in hell's chance of Hull KR going up this year. It's a 3 year - maybe 2 year - project going back up.
They'll mickey the league and finish top. But they then have to compete with superleague clubs in the middle 8's. They couldn't do it last season with a superleague squad. A few Wakefield rejects and Bradford (mid table championship) players aren't going to improve them. Quite the opposite.
Doesn't matter who the coach is (was involved in the team that ended up in the mpg with Hull KR anyway so hardly "world class") you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

Learn from our mistakes mate you are now a championship side and will remain so Until you prove otherwise...
We are a championship side but may well emerge from this debacle with More of a challenge for you than you expect.
