No bank account? Nobody's worried about this?

How are we paying players? You need a bank account to become a registered buisness don't you? Where is all the money from season tickets and merch going? How are we paying tax on everything so far if the company hasn't got an account?

I'm guessing but I would say through the RFL account at the moment.

What I can't understand is why they have not gone and sorted a bank account out, it is relatively easy these days ro get a basic account and then get the bank to upgrade it once they see regular money going in and out etc. If the problem is credit history then why isn't Jasbir our chairman putting up some assurances or even any of the other non executive board members who have business account's talking to their banks to get an account open. With the RFL collecting money at least they are ensuring that people get paid.

It's not that easy when both directors reside Lin NZ and might be using an U.K address for which you will need ID. maybe they are awaiting U.K. driving licence. Also you can't open and then upgrade once you have right ID and you don't need assurances if you just need a creditor working account. Gone are the days of talking to your current manager and they just open it

I see Mick is claiming another player with SL experience due to join before today's deadline of 12pm to be available for Sunday. Let's hope this is true, I think he gets some unfair criticism on here but this rumor hasn't surfaced anywhere as far as I know so he can't be accused of just recycling current rumors if it comes off

Perhaps the Bank are being wary without a known guarantor and perhaps Sod Hall are being reluctant in that department! There are real issues to getting a business account opened with the Bulls name at the moment, I expect it will be sorted eventually but never soon enough!

I seem to remember it took weeks for OK to get an account and had to use the account of his hotel. Each administration is another reason for the banks to be weary

Back on topic. Won't Larroyer have an existing work visa anyway having played for Hull KR? Hence why it's much easier than Toovey's who has no record of ever working here? Unless the WCC counts? His first game was the 2012 WCC over here against Leeds.
