And by all accounts his offer is the one thats to be accepted by the administrator. This was as of lunch time yesterday

Administrator ruled Wasps owner out last week

Pettit said the identities of the bidders was a closely-guarded secret but he confirmed that Wasps owner Derek Richardson was not in the running to take over.

How come your so confident it's him now?
