You are seriously joking!!!, wont attack from dummy half, swing door in defence, disappears to blind side after 5 minutes, throws out some good passes then at least one horrendous one.
So he's Commited.... to what? Fitness, tackling?

You are seriously in need of some stronger specs.

What dya mean he wont attack from dummy half, he's second in the stat table for dummy half runs, if that's not attacking from dummy half then I dont know what is. How does he go hiding? he's always in the middle getting stuck in, that's why his tackle count is as high as most of our forwards, give or take a few.

So yes, he is commited, he's commited to taking the team forwards and yes he is commited to tackling the opposition aswell.

You use stats to defend his deficiencies. Dont know why.
Carried a total of 1266 mtrs in 19 games = an average of a meagre 66 metres in a whole game
19 games. -3 tries and 2 assists, pretty abysmal for his position
Offloads 21 in 19 games. Would expect better for a player in this important position.
Misse tackle count is 3 per game.
Tackle count of 28 per game is nothing special.
When I say wont run from dummy half I nean without distance of effect. Look at the stats

And NO I'm not on a tez vendendeta, I'm telling it the way I see it in my opinion.

I'm not very good at Maths, but how do his stats compare against other hookers, my bet is he's as good as most in the league, with possibly the exception of Roby and Randall. He's a very commited player as commited as most hookers, and once again his stats illustrate this.

well, as we've confirmed the signings of hall and l'strange, does that mean we are losing morrison because we need his overseas spot?

Probably. Tbf to him, he has been an excellent player for us, but now he is becoming too muchof a liability. He'll be one of our high earners and we can't afford to risk him being injured for basically a full season again.

It's got nothing to do with with how he gets the injuries. More to the fact he gets injured, regularly.

Lots of injuries = Prone to injury = Injury Prone.

That's just what we need. A player that hides out of the way so he can extend his career. It could be argued that he contributes more in haldf a season than some of the others in a whole season.

I concur. Morro gets injured because he puts his body on the line. What about the game against Cas when he did his wrist in in the first 5 mins and played all the match. Then the Warrington comeback game when he was the best man on the pitch by a mile. The guy's a legend and we would be foolish to let him walk away. But we already know we are foolish

I reckon Morrison is one of our really top players, but can we risk having to pay his wage if he's going to be injured half the year? Also taking up the salary cap of someone else who might not be injured as much?

Well, it's difficult to answer. On the one hand, lengthy though his injury absences have been, there's a case for saying that he has just had appalling luck with a couple of serious injuries, and that they are not "wear and tear" or "veteran" or "injury pronenes" injuries.

I say "a case" because it seems to work out that if a player becomes injury prone, then however illogical it may be, they tend to stay injury prone. But due to the type of injuries I for the moment still don't have Morro down as an "injury prone" player in that sense.

But there is a considerable risk, as he might turn out to be just that.

On balance, as there is insufficient evidence, then i'd certainly vote to keep him, because what he can offer us IF on the pitch is immense, and especially because we don't at the moment exactly have a shedload of players as aggressive, motivational and exemplary as Morro, so the risk I think is worth taking. But it is definitely a risk.
