OT - McBanana on tour : Fri May 29, 2009 12:11 pm
Well friends after receiving a sign from the gods in my banana on the eve of the Salford game I firmly believe it is only a matter of timing before our esteemed coach leaves us this season.
But what next for Macca you ask yourselves? Here are my suggestions:
Media pundit on Sky. Well if buddy Offia get get a gig then Macca must be well in there. There are several vultures circling for Stevos job but he cant be as bad as Terry 'Im interesting honest' OConnor. IMO Macca is not afriad to tell it like it is in a no nonsense style and think he would turn round and give Eddie a good spanking when he gets over excited about Leeds and Saints
Replacement for Harry Grashun on local BBC. He would relish mixing it with Krysta Ackroyd and lack the Leeds bias of Grashun. Also he could do good job interviewing people - when he gets mad he is really intimidating with those smouldering eyes and flippant responses to questions as witnessed after the Catalans CC game.
Replacement for Gordon Brown Macca has all the experience of steering the ship in bad times and he is more media savvy than the incumbent PM. He will be supported by a heavy mob of recently retired Bulls (Big Joe, Solomona, ?Deacon) who will intimidate Cameron on his cycle to work He would keep female members of the cabinet in line by pimping out Nero and Burgess to the likes of Blears
Banana importer After starting a successful banana importing business, he will become a major businessman in Bradford with his new chain of stores, MacBanana Republic. After getting floated on the stock market he will become the major big money backer we have always needed and he will oust Hood and his cronies to herald a new era of Bulls dominance
The next Doctor Who I hear there is some whipper snapper lined up at present but the BBC will see the light when Macca becomes available. In the first episode his conflicts with the Daleks through time and space will involve a large spaceship crashing on Leeds on the verge of their 1999 Challenge cup win, thus denying them of their only silverware of the 90s but also squashing Iestyn Harris. The resultant turn of events means Leeds continue to be also rans without Harrises fee when he went to Union but also that the Bulls era of dominance continues under Caisely who does not sign Harris and instead forces Noble to play Leon Pryce at stand-off.
