This one is for people who went to the fans forum. Having listened to what was said about the playing staff and junior development as well as Paul Medley's rousing speach do you think McNamara should be given more time.

My opinion is yes. What was said has inspired new confidence. There seems to be big plans for laying a winning foundation for the future of the club.

But for these seeds to flower, time and faith must be given in equal measure.

It won't be this year, or next year. Might not be 2011 either. But it's coming

I agree, I am now starting to believe all of the "building for the future stuff". Although we are building for the future, we still have to think about the current first team squad.
