It's fairly clear though he won't play unless we get struck down with some last minute injuries.

The aussies do it all the time for tests and state of origin. Sure it will be difficult but could be achievable if really needed

It wasn't less than 24hr turnaround though was it?

I'm sure he could do it if needed, but I'd rather we used our squad (Cook and Morro both available) and make sure Sam is ready for Saints next Sun.

i really don't think having one of our better players play twice in 24 hours is a clever move

The coaches complain over some of the scheduling as it is, doing this would just make a mockery of that.

Rest him we have cover playing twice in quick succession can't be good.

Agree with the consensus; he needs to be rested.
