I'd regard myself as PT although I am not a fan of Macca as head coach.
I see lots of things to be concerned about at the moment but I also see lots of reasons to be positive about the future beyond the end of this season.
Among these are:
- a genuine pipeline in place for youth,
- a core of quality in our squad (irrespective of who is coaching them,)
- an apparent clearout starting of some (albeit not all) of the players that we've all been criticising for the last couple of seasons,
- the most promising looking Odsal project ever,
- with every day that passes we are one day closer to the end of Michael Platt's bizarre 3 year extension.
Yes, you can turn each of those round and sneer at them but I think that is basically the PT/NT divide isn't it?
I don't understand a) people who regard everything that the club say to be either inadequate or part of an arch and wicked conspiracy to pull the wool over fans' eyes, or b) people who start new threads with the sole purpose of taking personal satisfaction for saying 'I told you so' or else just cutting and pasting the same sarcstic / nihilistic comment that they made elsewhere.
