From the game I saw, Tom looks to seriously lack agression. George on the other hand, well he was very aggresive.

The biggest problem at the moment from what I've seen, is that fans are in danger of expecting too much from Tom & George, simply because they are Sam's brothers.

I think they'll be able to handle it. George doesn't seem too far off making the step up imo. Give him another year or so.
