The club is a joke (a letter I sent in complaint) coach trav : Wed Jul 22, 2009 9:34 am
Please see letter I've sent to the club, I think it gets over the way we're being treated by the club as fans. Anyone else had similar experiences?

Morning Stuart,
I feel compelled to contact you in utter dismay. Having read the Bulls website last night I was pleased to see that there was still coaches available for the trip to Wales. As a result I gave up my seat in a car to allow a young fan to go knowing I would be able to travel on the coach.
I rang the club first thing this morning after again checking the website and seeing that the coach was still availability but was filling up quickly. I was then quite disgusted to be told that in fact the message was wrong and in fact there were not places available. I was told that I could go on a waiting ist but then would not know any more until Thursday afternoon as those already on the list were still to come in to pay. Is this right? It makes no commercial sense whatsoever to wait and see if people turn up and pay and be potentially left high and dry if people can no longer be bothered. I was on the phone ready to pay and therefore ensure the club have the money there and then but you as a club are prepared to risk losing vital revenue by adopting a system that quite frankly defies economic sense.
Your employees answer to everything seemed to be "that's fine" to every reasonble point I conveyed but Stuart, it is not fine. If I tell my friends youngster that he can no longer go as I want the seat in the car will that be fine? If I now have to wait until Thursday afternoon before I hear whather I get a place on the coach, is that fine? If I now have to pay 86.00 for a train and then pay for a hotel because of your misleading website, is that fine? OF COURSE IT IS NOT.
Your employee was at best polite but clueless and at worst sarcastic. I appreciate she does not make the decisions as to how the club operates but she should be at least in the knowledge of the facts before putting on a glib sycophantic manner and not appearing to have any understanding of the fans needs.
This is not just a rant of a disapointed fan but reflective of my genuine concern about the malaise at the Club. I would be taking every penny off those fans who are forthcoming, not working on a conditional basis whereby you have to potentially run a coach at a loss, as those who said they will pay don't bother. You, as a club, then have a mad scramble to try and cut your losses. The Bulls never used to employ this mechanism, it was always pay before Thursday and you would get on the coach.
As time is of the essence please provide me with a response by return.
1. Is this the correct representation of how the club is now organising away coaches?
2. How many people have actaully paid for the coach?
3. If I were to come and pay today, will I get a place on the coach?
Please give this your immediate attention.
Your faithfully
