He's a nice guy and i think can turn it around for you

its not his fault he was given a substandard playing squad to choose from either

He signed the majority of the current squad, so yes, it IS his fault.

The coach is a dud, his substandard playing squad was largely signed by him and his tactics are appalling.

However you may be right about him being a nice guy - nice guys finish last.

No I dont think he should be given anymore time. And this is a squad he has built himself and he's had the time to build it like people had asked for him to. Time is up in my books.
