I'll throw two other out there for you to think about:
St Helens (if Beaumont does push the boat out they may ditch DR as they did during 2015/16)
Toronto (assuming they get promotion, with no reserves they will have to run with a slightly bigger squad which makes DR viable for them and you had a DR arrangement with them last year IIRC)

I really do not like dual reg system but I guess we've seen that our pockets aren't deep enough to compete with teams above who are using it to their advantage. As long as the spine of our side is contracted to the Bulls then 1 or 2 when Kear feels they can improve us then I can get over it.

So yes, it's disappointing but we might as well try and level the playing field in our favour. Cas would seem the most logic choice or possibly Toronto.

True enough, but didn't someone on the other thread say that we were going to announce the DR partner when it was clear they wouldn't be relegated? That rules out Cas I think. Wakey, HKR (As if...), London or Hudds as I see it.

Yeah but it's part of the deal that takes Keyes to Fax. In return we get to enter into a DR with Cas, plus a chocolate orange and a sixpence.

What Chalmers actually said was

We will hold off making a formal announcement until after the 2019 season has been concluded.

The relegation bit was simply an assumption, based on...well... nothing at all (which makes it a 'fact' on the Internet of course )
