Lots of doom and gloom about next year but we still have one final game at Odsal. Really looking forward to giving the old girl a good send off. Be nice to give Sheffield a bit of payback too.

Now the important bit. which replica shirt will peeps be wearing. Split between the Purple, lime green and yellow or the classic Robbie Paul of circa 1998. What about you?

Be also interesting to see if any other team fans turn up to say goodbye.

For me it'll be the 2003 black away kit with 'Vaikona 2' on the back. Our best and most successful season as a club.

Every time I think about Sunday I feel sick. I'm really not looking forward to it. I suspect it might have the atmosphere of a wake (hope im wrong). I also haven't appreciated the way the club seem to be marketing the last game as if its just the next event to stick on twitter and get clicks.

Having said that, I'll be there and I'll be wearing either my last Northern shirt from 1994, my 2001 grand final shirt or the shirt from 1997 that I had Champions 97 printed on the back the day before the game at Sheffield! (I only swapped to that shirt with about 5 mins to play!)

I have to say I fully agree with that, but I will be there, wearing a Northern replica jersey from the 1970's era.

Just going through my shirts for Sunday and found a classic. It just a T shirt but it is a "Should have taken the 2 Kev" that was thrown into the crowd the game after the 2003 Cardiff cup final game. Guess they have had the last laugh but it's all been worth it.

We Leigh lost our final game at Hilton Park in front of a measly crowd of 2300.(Greg McNally scored the final try on the ground, for Whitehaven) I know it's not DEFINITELY your last game at Odsal, but hopefully you can get a win, and enjoy the day. Maybe there will be 5K+ on.
