hmmm budget assessment being mulled over by rfl, sounds like Chalmers is saying the rfl are dragging their feet ... or did i hear that wrong ... but didnt directly address special measures and says there will be fans forums ... think my internet dropped as Mick just said we will be out of special measures sooner than later ... so ???
