Read that Hughes has put in about 20 million now at London. Now I don't know how wealthy he is but that's a LOT of money to put in. I can't confess to having an in depth knowledge of how RL is progressing in London but that seems a staggering amount.

In an interview with him that I read last year he said that he's still working (think he's around 73) and using that income rather than 'savings' to fund the club.

David Hughes is involved in oil trading. I would not call that working.
