It was in one of the League papers that us,Featherstone and York are all trying to sign him this week probably where your source got the story from.

When he's fit he's a very good player. Unfortunately he had an absolutely atrocious injury record while he was at Saints and Warrington. Not too sure how it's been while he's been with Toronto though.

I'd say we don't need him at this stage.

Quite happy with where the squad is right now... if we take a leaf out of Leigh's books last year we could wait to see how the season pans out and look to re-enforce based on how likely we are to make the top 5 at the end of the year.

There could be some deals to be done later on and I'd hate to see us tie ourselves up and not be able to sign when we really need new players in.

Well I'd imagine a number of fringe players at Toronto will be shown the door as they need to clear the decks if they're going to bring anyone in.

Good player he is. Would give us a good amount of cover across the backs and half backs.
