I actually think Walker is a decent player. He was fatter last season but seemed to play better than he has this year. I’d keep him for next season (I know he’s probably going) and invest in a decent S and C coach.

A S&C coach can only do so much when players decide to eat and drink whatever they want away from training and there are no repercussions.

I hear that certain senior players have a very laid back attitude to training and don't like it when others do extras as it makes them look bad.

That's terrible to hear but no surprise. The attitude displayed at the fan's forum in response to totally legitimate questions mirrors that on the field.
