| Should have held it at Swansea tbh due to the fact its a brand new ground and not old and looking poor. I feel that is one of the big probems that Wales and Scotland have at the moment

My thoughts on Scotland too. Theres Edinburgh Magic and I think they should have used one of the all seater venues in the City for their game later this year. I know of Hibs and Hearts at least who have all-seaters in the city. I don't really care about sell outs, or how many seats are left over. I would rather have 3k fans in a good 20k seater stadium than a crowd of 2k in a 7k capacity dump

but the football clubs have got to agree to it too. maybe their board/manager had similar views to alex ferguson about rugby being played on the pitch.

| Why didnt they just do it as a test series properly?
3 games at say, doncaster, leeds, bridgend, swansea, leigh, widnes, wigan? any ground that kind of size, make tickets c heap and back the fans to fill it for once.
Id go 1st test at Swansea, 2nd at Leigh (I know im biased, but new ground curiosity would add speccies) 3rd at Bridgend

| I still think they'd be better off letting Wales and France play games against Lancs and Yorks than against England.

| when was the last time lancs or yorks played a game? I cant see any point in wales playing a game against either of them. Id put money on this game been the week after the grand final but not including any players that are in it so in effect will be against england"A". It might take a few years of wales taking 70-0 beatings but the only way their going to improve is by playing games. As for a 3 match england wales test series, when would you like to fit this into the calender?

It should allow Wales to be more comeptetive.
It will give more england fringe players a chance to sample a representive enviroment and push their case aginst that of established internationals.
