How much do clubs get at SL, Championship and Championship 1 levels?

Also what are the salary caps in the respective divisions?

I assume at Champs 1 level it almost completely covers their costs, judging by the total lack of effort of a lot of clubs at that level to sell match tickets or promote the club locally.

As ever with RL, nothing is easy to find out.

For last season, under a 14 team SL, 14 team Championship & 9 team Championship 1 then each SL club received just over £1m and each Championships club approx £100k from the SL TV (only SL, doesn't include internationals, Challenge Cup etc) deal (£90m over 5 years).
SL clubs share in any SLE profit from the SL playoff series. And all clubs get a share of RFL profit (60% to SL, 30% to Championships, 10% to community clubs).

I don't know how the other TV money was distributed, for internationals, Challenge Cup etc. Whether theres a specific distribution mechanism for it or if it's just through end of year RFL profits.

I have no idea how it works under the new system.

Used to be 1.2m in tv money. It's now 1.8m.

Clubs also get other money like grants and for things like foundations, towards youth development, elite performance etc.

Clubs do not get 1.8m. Including monies going into foundations, and academy money it's roughly 1.685m

Do you mean that the RFL have been allowing reporters to overstate their contribution to the clubs? I am shocked, shocked I say.
