anyone that watches both competitions knows that SL is around 30% slower than the nrl.

They're there at the end of April. I think they said around Anzac day. Not sure if there's any fixtures on that weekend - I'll have alook on those "fast moving" NRL boards

theres the anzac day test but thats at brisbane



anzac day is early may, so manly / storm would be the standout.



dogs / tigers is also on that weekend in homebush

OK thanks - i'll pass this on to my folks and do a little bit more research. They're going to Sydney for the first weekend, Brisbane for a few days and then on to Dunk Island for a week or two. Lucky gits.

Poms don't appreciate quality football so this thread is a bit of a waste of time.

To be fair after watching the Leeds game on TV again v Wigan I’ve still got an appreciation for Manly Sea Eagles. Can’t say the same for the rest of the NRL yet but we’ll see.



However I won’t be going all NRL like AP did. He really did let Australia get to his head and has resorted to new lows since by offering us all a wonderful blog of his to read of more a less the same stuff he used to post on here before he got banned.



To round it all off Leeds are sleeping giants. I don’t think we’ve seen the best of this team yet unfortunately so far this season.
