That 1st half was a disgrace to the game.
The fact they get away with their dubious tactics is a credit to them and a sad indictment of the game as currently controlled.

Huddersfield get away with an awful lot at the play the ball that should be penalised. Lots of slowing tactics that make it very difficult for their opposition to get any kind of momentum.
Huddersfield do it very well and then back it up with loads of effort in defence, but it's still not what should be allowed. If Hudds want to slow the play the ball then they need to get more men into the tackle rather than using interference.

McGillivray should've been sin binned for that high tackle on Dureau. There's no punishment to the team or the player in this case for foul play.

Stuart Cummings lying about the rules yet again. No wonder the refs aren't as good as they could be as he was head of Referees for so long.

i thought it was salford and leigh that everyone hated and was jealous of
both teams discipline was poor at times not helped by both teams trying to outdo each other

it was a tough hard game, not really sure where the thuggish behaviour was though.

draw was a fair result in the end,although catalans should have been awarded a penalty try

Thaler didn't control the game, and in the second half we saw the results of that. Some strange decisions but we gave as good as we got from Catalans in the first half.

26 men on a field will react to dirty tactics, and there were tactics from both sides.

but yet it was catalans who conceded numerous penalties and were put on a team warning?

we are no different to every other team, the only difference is we aren't clever enough
