HISTORY IS LITTERED WITH UNTHRUTH'S:

I CAN ASSURE YOU THERE IS NOT A HURRICANE ON IT'S WAY TO BRITAIN............MICHAEL FISH (BBC WEATHERMAN).

I DID NOT HAVE SEX WITH THAT WOMAN..............BILL CLINTON (PRESIDENT OF THE U.S.A).

OUR STADIUM WILL BE READY FOR THE 2010 SEASON................JOHN WILKINSON (SALFORD CHAIRMAN).

ARE PRIME EXAMPLES.........

I'll have a go at St Helens 50 - 10 Bradford

If there is one game all season long that I don't look forward to then it's this.

Fri, 13th June 2008 St Helens 58 v Bradford Bulls 20, Referee: Richard Silverwood
Sat, 28th July 2007 St Helens 35 v Bradford Bulls 14, Referee: Richard Silverwood
Fri, 2nd March 2007 St Helens 34 v Bradford Bulls 22, Referee:Richard Silverwood
Sat, 20th May 2006 St Helens 42 v Bradford Bulls 18, Referee: Karl Kirkpatrick
Fri, 17th March 2006 St Helens 38 v Bradford Bulls 16, Referee: Ashley Klein

Our last win at the GWP stadium was this

Fri, 7th October 2005 St Helens 18 v Bradford Bulls 23, Referee: Karl Kirkpatrick

With the Bulls team as follows:

Bradford Bulls: Michael Withers, Leon Pryce, Ben Harris, Shontayne Hape, Lesley Vainikolo, Iestyn Harris, Paul Deacon, Ian Henderson, Stuart Fielden, Jamie Peacock, Paul Johnson, Bradley Meyers, Lee Radford
Subs: Robbie Paul, Joe Vagana, Adrian Morley, Jamie Langley

I'm afraid another hammering is on the cards, but bugger it I'll be there behind the sticks shouting for us to win.

I take it you have not seen this weeks match officials Mick!

Has there been a worse signing in the history of rugby league than Iestyn Harris to the Bulls?

Tt ruined their reputation and finances off the pitch, caused a salary cap breach and used a massive chunk of salary cap space meaning they couldnt retain players.

It was also a baffling signing in terms of on field development of the team...who wants an overweight, unfit rugby union stand off, when at the same time they refused to select Leon Pryce in that same position. They also lost Peacock who left because he was told there was no spare cash for him before they signed Harris.

The costs they had to pay Leeds will have had an effect on investment in youth player development and squad training - along with marketing and promotion.

Had they not signing Harris they could (probably) have retained Pryce, Peacock and Fielden. They would also have been in a better position to recruit better players from outside the club.

I agree it has to be the worst signing in rugby league history. Absolutely decimated the Bradford club
I've always thought of McGuire as a good player, and I wouldn't normally wish injury on any player, but there was a certain hint of poetic justice to that.
Another classic:
You forgot to take off the "Saints Reduction Factor" when calculating the ban.

Standard suspension / Saints Reduction Factor = Actual ban for Saints player.

Therefore (2 / 3) = 0.666

0.666 < 1 therefore actual ban equals "less than 1 match".

Therefore ZERO.
Give the girl her dummy back.
