Personally, I'm baffled how they get the points totals they've come up with. Is it over a year or last five years of matches etc?? New Zealand and Australia play eachother more than we do (with their ANZAC test)....so we'd never get to play the same number of games. Was the Exiles match deemed a full test match by the RLIF?
Either way and however you do the maths....we clearly are the third best team in the World. So not really anything shocking there......just wondered how the RLIF work out the figures and put England on 682.19 and Australia on 800-odd more?!
