A casual stroll throught the lunatic asylum shows that faith does not prove anything.

Poor bloke. It was Nathan Graham-esque, but 100 times worse. Obviously I'm a bit less upset than I was in 1996.

To be fair to blame Dixon for that performance is like trying to blame the Brazilian goalie when Germany put 7 past them in WC semi

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Frederick Douglas

Re: Kieran Dixon : Sat Aug 29, 2015 5:43 pm
He showed some flashes of pace and almost broke the line a couple of times, unfortunately they mainly all ended in catastrophe.

He didn't cost us the game today, and I'm far too shell shocked after the worst day of my sporting life to be bothered to go into it now.

Will I still be giving Keiron Dixon my one hundred per cent support when he pulls on the red and white.

Absolutely no doubt, chin up kid.

Well f**k my hat, I didn't know that!

Come all without, come all within, we're London Broncos not the H********s!

Team game, to be fair no one from HKR covered himself in glory.
Was hoping Dixon would have a good game, being a Londoner and all.

Albert Kelly played very well. Kicked one 40-20 and almost another. Broke the line several times. But had no support from KR team who were sluggish in attack and defense.

Poor display by my team but dont blame Dixon, the only people who don't make mistakes are people who don't do anything! I wont slag off any of our players on the day they did not perform but we all live to have another go. Well done Leeds now lets move on.

Dixon had a bad game, but I'd have him in my team every day of the week.

He didn't hide after a few mistakes, he put his hand up and tried to do something unlike a few of his teammates!

Dixon made the comical attempt at the high ball which led to Briscoe's 90 metre run to the tryline. Dixon could have chased him and with his speed might have run him down, but he didn't try. In that instance Briscoe was chased by the much slower Joshua Mantellato who had no chance, and by Kenneth Sio from the other wing, and the latter almost saved the try.

The fact is that Dixon's weaknesses include being a terrible defender. He just doesn't have the full range of abilities that we expect from a professional rugby league player.
