Parramatta still want Hayne, but can't make him an offer unless they can get rid of some of their current contractees, like Michael Jennings and Mitchell Moses.
My point would be that a seriously interested Super League club, if it can afford £375k, can get an offer in soon and perhaps snap Hayne up, because his future in the NRL is uncertain at this moment.
Jarryd Hayne would be a huge success in Super League, possibly emulating Benjamin Barba's run for Man of Steel. Unlike Benjamin Barba, Jarryd Hayne is a good defender.
