He makes some mistakes but every referee does, hes by far the best referee we have

He lead with the elbow, that's a sending off offence. Joe wasn't a malicious player but he clearly deserved the red card on that occasion, besides Bradford still won anyway and with the type of battling performance that is more satisfying than a confortable win.

With Ganson you know that if you do something worthy of a red card you will get one. I respect that and think he's a good ref with an ego that can occasionally misfire.
