Leeds' team spirit is good because they are winning - team spirit would not be half as good if they hadn't had the success they have had over the golden generation.
Given the troubles that certain Leeds players have got into in recent years you can hardly say the club is a shining example where ethics come to mind either.
Leeds had a stroke of luck when so many quality youngsters came together all at the same time and the club has built on that platform and it should be applauded for such - but to put the club out as a bastion of moral fortitude is taking it a bit far.
