Take away the other 8 teams in the league and they've been in the top four every year, forever. Take away those four teams and they've never been in the top four. Take away points earned whilst cheating the cap and at least one of those teams would have been relegated. I'm not sure why you'd want to do any of those things though, just as I'm not sure why you'd want to alter the league in 2007 to reflect an inaccurate representation of events.
the SC deductions were from offences committed in 2006, not 2007,
on a matter of quality the big 4 were the top 4 in 2007,
if anything removing 4 points from wigan altered the league to give an inaccurate representation of events, you tried to make a point that the top4 wasnt 'nailed' on because it hadnt happened for 5 years, when that wasnt true, it happened 1 year ago but points deductions artificially altered the league
All true, yet, equally, all irrelevant to anything I've written on this thread.
Leaguefan made a point that part of SLs problem is that it isnt competitive and there is little deviation at the top end. These results are evidence of that
to pretend the big 4 dont dominate the league, when at least 3 have finished top 4 in ever year of SL is just wrong
