This is the strongest England/GB side in my life-time, if they make a flying start I can see last-minute ticket sales doing well.

Also we don't know for sure where the quarter final will be played if England get there. I will hopefully be going to it but not going to chance that we will lose to the Aussies and play at wigan.

We can be bold enough to make a stand and do battle for our views and beliefs. But we must strive to be mature enough not to resort to unnecessary personal attacks upon people with opposing views.

I really don't see the issue. There is no point comparing this to other World Cups in other sports.

You can never compare like with like when comparing competitions.

RL is what it is. It can only do well compared to it's own standards. Admittedly they are lower than what we would want, but wishing it does not making it happen.

There are a few polls on different sites and there are still a lot of people yet to buy.

In games like football, people have to buy ahead, or they would miss out to the richer folks who can buy ahead.

In RL, because the spectator population is smaller, the quantity of those with enough spare cash to buy ahead are smaller.

I'm sure there will be some walk ups for some of the matches, but I can't see many walk ups for a game a Wembley. If you are travelling distance you are going to want a ticket in advance, but in this day and age, I would not buy more than a couple of weeks ahead for anything. Even my daughters Birthday party which as a family comes in way ahead of anything RL wise, was booked with only a few weeks to spare, and places for those are far more likely to sell out.

You can now buy tickets for the new North Stand at craven park. I know a few people waiting to buy tickets for that stand.

Let gutterfax, sponsored by rlfans.com have his attention seeking postings.Brian Barwick recently pointed out the negativity of a minority in rugby league - apparently he was referring to gutterfax and rlfans.com

I fail to see how RLfans are getting dragged into this. The majority of posters are quite positive about the WC on here.

The new north stand at craven park will be ready and you can buy tickets now for it for the two png games. Be disappointed not to see around 10,000 for each game.

the place I work has just agreed a half price ticket promotion for the games at the kc and craven park, £7.50 + £3.75 concessions for England v Fiji has swayed me to purchase a few tickets for that game
